黑火药制造作业 一、高氯酸钾的特性英文名为 potassium perchlorate ;分子式为 KCIO ,分子量为138.55。(1)理化性质。外观与性状:无色结晶或白色晶状粉末;熔点610℃(分解);相对密度(空气=1):4.8;相对密度(水=1):2.52;溶解性:微溶于水,不溶于乙醇。(2)健康危害。本品有强烈的刺激性。高浓度接触,严重损害黏膜、上呼吸道、眼睛及皮肤。中毒表现有烧灼感、咳嗽、喘息、气短、喉炎、头痛、恶心和呕吐等。(3)危险特性。本品助燃,具强刺激性。强氧化剂,与还原剂、有机物、易燃物(如硫、磷或金属粉末等)混合可形成爆炸性混合物。在火场中,受热的容器有爆炸的危险。受热分解,放出氧气。(4)泄漏应急处理。隔离泄漏污染区,限制出入。建议应急处理人员戴防尘面具(全面罩),穿防毒服。不要直接接触泄漏物。勿使泄漏物与有机物、还原剂、易燃物等接触。小量泄漏:用砂土、干燥石灰或苏打灰混合,收集于干燥、洁净、有盖的容器中。大量泄漏:用塑料布、帆布等覆盖,然后收集回收或运至废物处理场所处置。(5)灭火方法。采用雾状水、砂土等灭火。 black powder manufacturing operationI.
